Nigel Magson & Jessamyn Parker

Föreläsning/Seminar: KPIs or just PIs?  Building Metrics to measure your Fundraising Programme

Jessamyn and Nigel work for Adroit Data & Insight, a specialist insight agency, which works extensively but not exclusively in the Not-for-Profit sector. Adroit deliver insight for over a hundred charities each year around the world. We help charities make better decisions through data; this includes data collection and storage, building fundraising metrics, and presenting findings back through deep-dive analysis and reporting.

We will provide a framework approach to developing metrics used to measure fundraising programmes, to help your organisation make informed data driven decisions. The outcome of the session is to share an approach for developing your fundraising metrics, from strategy through to insight.

The seminar will be in English.
