Kvinna till Kvinna söker Regional Finance Manager for South Caucasus and Eastern Europe

Are you an experienced finance professional with strong grants management skills? Do you want to work with financial management in geopolitically complex environments to support women’s rights? Do you have experience working in or with the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region? Then this Regional Finance Manager position might be for you.

As Regional Finance Manager, you will be part of the Kvinna till Kvinna South Caucasus and Eastern Europe (SCEE) regional team and report to the Regional Director. The position is based in Vilnius, Stockholm, or another relevant country in Europe where Kvinna till Kvinna has an office.

You will work closely with the regional team and partner organisations distributed across the region and the Finance department in the head office in Stockholm. The role includes frequent travel within Europe and the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region.

The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for supporting sound financial management, compliance and risk mitigation across Kvinna till Kvinna’s regional programmes and partnerships. The role also includes strengthening the financial management capacity of partner organisations operating in complex and crisis-affected contexts.
