The Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for providing support to develop and ensure efficient, effective, uniformed and aligned processes, procedures and systems for planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning of Civil Rights Defenders. The PME Officer functions as an advisory support to the organisation on areas related to planning, monitoring, learning and evaluation. The PME Officer supports and facilitates learning and exchange throughout the organisation to help guide Civil Rights Defenders in line with its strategy.
