Läkare utan gränser / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Sweden is looking for a proactive and strategic Nordic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to build and lead our domestic L&D function across all four Nordic offices.
In this role, you won’t just manage training programs, you will establish a coordinated, evidence-based approach to capability building for our office staff in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
