Giva Sverige is dedicated to improving the conditions for fundraising in Sweden. We believe that a strong civil society relies on diverse funding sources, including private donations.
Our advocacy focuses on crucial issues for our members in their fundraising efforts, such as political incentives for giving, sector self-regulation, payment systems, and research and education related to fundraising and giving.
To support our advocacy efforts, Giva Sverige actively disseminates knowledge and data on fundraising and civil society, both in Sweden and internationally. We produce reports on fundraising statistics, civil society funding, and public opinions on giving. Additionally, we work to highlight important international research and reports to enhance fact-based understanding of fundraising and philanthropy.
