Solidary Committee is currently seeking an experienced, analytical, and detail-oriented Grants Controller to strengthen the grants management, compliance, and accountability of its growing grants portfolio.
Working closely with programme, partnership, and finance colleagues, the Grants Controller will play a key role in ensuring high standards of donor compliance, financial integrity, risk management, and partner accountability. The Grants Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and quality of SC’s grants portfolio. The role combines hands-on grants management with strategic support to programme development, donor compliance, financial risk management, and partner capacity strengthening.
Working closely with partnership and programme staff, partners, and finance colleagues in both Stockholm and Kabul, the Grants Controller will support proposal development, donor contracting, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance monitoring, and anti-corruption measures throughout the grant lifecycle.
